We will offer a refund or exchange (if stock available) on any unworn/unused goods (faulty or otherwise) within 14 days of dispatch. We do not charge postage on exchange items and we will reimburse the postage paid when returning faulty items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All refunds and exchanges must be made through our website and goods may not be returned to our stores. We will refund the original credit card charged only. Please note that refunds may not show up on your bank statement immediately.
Deposits paid on made to measure/made to order items and underwear are non-refundable.
If you wish to return any items to Marc Wallace you should complete the returns form you received with your order and ensure all items are returned in all their original packaging with labels intact. Wrap your item(/s) safely and securely to avoid damage in transit back to Marc Wallace (Marc Wallace is unable to accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit). Include your completed returns form and send your package back to –

Please note that Marc Wallace will be unable to refund items returned to us that are lost in the post. It is advisable to obtain a proof of posting certificate if using the Post Office and arrange the necessary compensatory cover for the items.
