By entering this site you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of use. The placement of an order online indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. When you become an online customer your username will be your valid email address and you will be asked to input a password.  You are responsible for all actions taken under that username, whether by you or any other person. It is your responsibility to keep your username and password safe.

Buy something

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on-line store and add any items you wish to buy into the shopping cart. All online orders are confirmed by email. If there are any issues regarding your order, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone within one working day. The prices displayed on this site are quoted in UK sterling, and are only valid and effective in the UK. Payments can only be made in UK sterling. The prices include VAT at 20% (UK tax). If you would prefer to make a purchase over the phone, please call +44 (0) 1225 466155 and we will process your order for you.  Our office hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. We reserve the right at all times and at our sole discretion to refuse to accept any orders.

Availability and Descriptions

We do try to keep the website up to date so that items on the website are in stock. Sometimes items sell out really quickly.  When this happens we try our best to offer alternatives or let you know when they will be back in. We know this can be really frustrating and are working hard to stop this occurring. We will endeavor to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and some delays are out of our control. Any dates we specify for delivery of goods are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay. Every effort has been made to reflect product colours as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitors, we are unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your monitor will accurately reflect the true colour of the product.


We will offer a refund or exchange (if stock available) on any unworn/unused goods (faulty or otherwise) within 14 days of dispatch. We do not charge postage on exchange items and we will reimburse the postage paid when returning faulty items.  This does not affect your statutory rights. All refunds and exchanges must be made through our website and goods may not be returned to our stores.  We will refund the original credit card charged only.  Please note that refunds may not show up on your bank statement immediately. Deposits paid on made to measure/made to order items and underwear are non-refundable. If you wish to return any items to Marc Wallace you should complete the returns form you received with your order and ensure all items are returned in all their original packaging with labels intact.  Wrap your item(/s) safely and securely to avoid damage in transit back to Marc Wallace (Marc Wallace is unable to accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit).  Include your completed returns form and send your package back to ~

Please note that Marc Wallace will be unable to refund items returned to us that are lost in the post. It is advisable to obtain a proof of posting certificate if using the Post Office and arrange the necessary compensatory cover for the items.
